PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a measure for coping with feed abnormality to a lamp in a lamp controller for a vehicle fed from a high-voltage battery. SOLUTION: A feed time from the high-voltage battery 11 is duty-controlled to control a feed quantity, in low-beam lamps 21, 22. The duty-control for the feed time to the low-beam lamps 21, 22 is conducted by a double system comprising a CPU(Central Processing Unit) and a fail-safe circuit 43.
