PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal method by which crushed garbage is transferred to a methane fermentation tank without accompanying dilute water and without passing through liquefaction and decomposition steps and the methane fermentation process is performed. SOLUTION: The garbage is fragmented like paste by a crusher 1 and the paste-like garbage is supplied to a hermetically sealed garbage disposal installation 3 by a pressure pump 2 through a piping. In the garbage disposal installation 3, an organic matter contained in the paste-like garbage is decomposed by methane fermentation to obtain methane gas and carbon dioxide gas through a gasification process. |
