PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product of high quality by appropriately controlling forming conditions in separately pressing parts of largely changing product surfaces. SOLUTION: When a sun-roof hole is made in a roof panel, a forming block 3 is interlocked with an upper die 1 by a separately-pressing device 6, and the descending operation of the forming block 3 interlocking with the upper die 1 is transmitted to a pad 2 with relatively high efficiency by a first elastic body 4 to obtain appropriate pad load (large pad load) in operating the forming block 3. When any sun roof hole need not be made in the roof panel, the descending operation of the upper die 1 is transmitted to the pad 2 with relatively low efficiency via a second elastic body 10 to obtain appropriate pad 2 load (small pad load) when the forming block 3 is not operated. Troubles that load trace along the end of the pad 2 remains in the roof panel are not caused.
