PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine having a pinwheel in a game area in which much noise occurrence following the discharge of static electricity from the windmill may be prevented. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine having a pinwheel 100 which is rotatable centering around a rotation axis 102 set in a game area formed in a game board 16, wherein parts of the pinwheel 100 (substrate 101) with which a ball is at least in contact (for example, the edge and back side or the like of a ball receiving pierce portion 105 and a disk portion 103) are formed of insulating resins having no electrical conductivity. Thus, by the fact that ball contact parts of the pinwheel 100 (substrate 101) with which a game ball is in contact (for example, the edge and back side or the like of a ball receiving pierce portion 105 and a disk portion 103) are formed of insulating resins, static electricity of great electric charge may be difficult to accumulate in the pinwheel 100 and much noise occurrence following the discharge of static electricity from the pinwheel 100 may be prevented.
