PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a coffee beverage capable of suppressing the deterioration of an aroma or a flavor of a coffee extract liquid by heating during the extraction of a coffee and a change in the flavor during the preservation of the coffee beverage and retaining a good flavor over a long period. SOLUTION: One kind of a peptide and/or an amino acid or a mixture of two or more kinds thereof, tocopherol and a polyphenol are used in combination and added to the coffee extract liquid.
