PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational adherend removing technique capable of simply and certainly removing the adherend on a wastewater immersion member immersed in wastewater in a wastewater treatment apparatus for treating wastewater. SOLUTION: A dephosphorizing device 60 for removing a phosphorus component is arranged in a carrier fluidizing biological filter tank 30 of a wastewater treatment tank 1. Metal electrodes 62 of the dephosphorizing device 60 are supported by a support member 80 in a state immersed in the carrier fluidizing biological filter tank 30. That is, a pair of metal electrodes 62 are inserted in a pair of slit parts 82 straddling the support part 81a of the support part 80 to be placed on the support part 81a along with an electrode holder 61. The metal electrodes 62 are drawn up from the slit parts 82 and the adherend on the surfaces of the metal electrodes 62 is removed by the contact action of the adherend on the metal electrodes 62 and the slit part 82.
