PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup brush which enables the brush to be protected and cosmetics powder to be easily stored and carried. SOLUTION: This makeup brush comprises a cylinder whose one side is open and the other side is connected with a connection cap to open/close the discharge hole to guide discharge of cosmetics powder, a pressurizing pump connected to the upper end part of the cylinder by a screw to inject air to spray cosmetics powder in the cylinder against the brush, a guide cylinder which is connected with the cylinder at the upper end part and has two or more spirally formed guide grooves to guide a guide projection of the brush, a slide cylinder with a slide groove formed in the longitudinal direction, in which a brush with two or more guide projections is stored and which is connected to the cylinder at the upper end part and rotatably connected to the lower end part of the guide cylinder, and a protection cap separated from/ connected with the lower end part of the slide cylinder to cover the brush to protect.
