PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burdens of a patient and an operator by easily guiding a catheter to a blood vessel branching part or the like in a complicated structure. SOLUTION: Two-dimensional fluoroscopic images including a catheter 21 inserted to a testee body P or the like are obtained in photographing devices 4 and 5, the position of a catheter tip part 23 in the fluoroscopic images is obtained and the three-dimensional position of the catheter tip part is obtained from the position information and the position and direction to the testee body of the photographing devices. On the basis of the three-dimensional image data of the testee body collected and recorded beforehand, the three-dimensional images 31 and 34 of the testee body viewed from the catheter tip part are generated and displayed and the real-time two-dimensional fluoroscopic image 33 of the testee body is displayed. Thus, the operator easily guides the catheter or the like to a target part while looking at the real-time two-dimensional fluoroscopic image and three-dimensional images. |
