PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a recording medium which can enhance enjoyment by modifying the display of special figures to achieve a greater variety. SOLUTION: The area of displaying special figures is divided into regions A, B and C. The right hand of a character CA5 shown in the region C is displayed overlapping the region A and a part of the head thereof and a specified figure '7' are displayed overlapping the region B. In other words, changes in the form of a character can be reckoned without restriction from a worry not to let the character extend outside its own area, thereby allowing a greater freedom in the designing of the form of the character. This can modify the display of the special figures to achieve a greater variety. |
