SOLUTION: Force of rocking motition of a front wing 7 is directly transmitted to the antiback 9 by a follow-up mechanism, or the rocking motion of the front wing 7 is transmitted to vertical motion of a hook 8, and is transmitted to the antiback 9 by the follow-up mechanism, and both the hook 8 and the antiback 9 move upward only by rocking the front wing 7 upward, and are constituted so as to position at no contact pisition with the dog 13.
