PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a roof side panel to be used in common for both a suspended ceiling specification vehicle and a half-trim specification vehicle, and facilitate fixing work for a lashing wire. SOLUTION: An engaging protrusion piece 12 protruded toward the panel side is formed in the roof side panel 10, a holder 20 is engaged with the piece 12, and the lashing wire 30 is fixed to the holder 20, so as to use the roof side panel 10 in common. An attaching boss 25 is formed projectedly in the holder 20, the boss 25 is inserted into an attaching hole 32 of the wire 30 to be tightened by a screw 33, the lashing wire 30 is turnably support-fixed, and loosening of the screw 33 is thereby suppressed to secure sure attaching workability when the wire 30 is attached to the in-cabin side of a roof panel 40 while conducting a turning operation.
