PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a valve device for a refrigerating cycle device for a vehicle with a hot gas heater mechanism. SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle device capable of setting a heating mode for directly introducing gas refrigerant in the discharge side of a compressor 10 into an evaporator 28 and radiating heat by the evaporator 28, is provided with a solenoid valve 15 opening/closing between the compressor discharge side and a condenser 19, a differential pressure valve 21 opening the valve by the differential pressure generated between the compressor discharge side and the condenser 19 in closing the solenoid valve 15 and directly introducing the gas refrigerant in the compressor discharge side to the condenser 19, and a check valve 21 preventing the gas refrigerant in the compressor discharge side from passing to the side of the condenser 19 in opening the differential pressure valve 21. The solenoid valve 15, the differential pressure valve 21, and the check valve 21 are integrated together.
