SOLUTION: The bead apex rubber 9 is provided with a main part 9A raised from an outer circumferential surface S1 of a bead core 5, and an inner wing part 9B and an outer wing part 9C extended in contact with an inner side surface S1 and an outer side surface So of the bead core 5. A height D2 of an inner end EC of the outer wing part from an inner end of the outer side surface So is set 0-1.0 mm, and a rubber thickness T of the outer wing part 9C is set 0.5 mm or more.
