PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink ribbon tape cartridge which can be reused to reduce costs and waste by preventing a core from rotating thereby preventing an ink ribbon tape from slacking when transported, etc., and preventing the ink ribbon tape cartridge from being deformed, etc., after used, and which is made easy to demount and handle by facilitating hooking a finger to a rotation stop at the projection side or by the like means. SOLUTION: The ink ribbon tape cartridge 1 has cores 4 and 5 without regular gear-like projections inside, and the detachable rotation stop 10 for temporarily obstructing the rotation of the cores 4 and 5 by fitting into inner circumferences inside the cores 4 and 5 from the outside. The ink ribbon tape is wound to outer circumferences of the cores 4 and 5. The rotation stop 10 is provided with an engagement jig 30 having body parts 30a which fit into inner circumferences inside the cores 4 and 5, and body leading end parts 30b. A leading end of the leading end part 30b in an insertion direction of the body parts 30a into the cores 4 and 5 has an R-shaped section. Alternatively, the rotation stop 10 is provided with engagement jigs 12 each including a cylindrical body root part 12a which fits into an inner circumference of an inner ring 22 of the core 4, 5, and a body leading end part 12b which has a plurality of slits 12b1 in the insertion direction to the core 4, 5, and fits into the inner circumference of the inner ring 22 of the core 4, 5. A vertex part 12b2 of the body leading end part 12b is R-shaped.
