PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oblique cutting device and blade of a steel-made square pipe that can provide a clear cutting surface and size and allows clean and safe work without generating dust or noise. SOLUTION: This cutting device comprises a fixed blade 10 that has a sliding surface with a moving blade 11 and a cutting hole for passing, in an engaging state, a surface 3 for tilting the axial line of the steel made square pipe 5 with respect to the sliding surface and cutting it, a stopper 4 for projecting, from the sliding surface of the fixed blade 10, only the surface 3 abutting on the end surface of the pipe 5 inserted into the cutting hole for cutting, a moving blade 11 that has a third blade part having a width larger than the lateral width of the cutting hole, a second blade part narrower than the inner width of parallel surfaces 2 of the pipe projecting from the cutting hole, and a first blade part formed of a bent part disposed at the tip of the second blade part and a sharp parts on both sides, and cuts the parallel surfaces 2 of the steel made pipe with the third blade part and the cutting hole and then the facing surface with the first blade part and second blade part.
