PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disklike eccentric rotor having an enlarged air core coil, being easy in assemblage and attaining a large quantity of vibrations by providing an eccentric weight in position in which it does not overlap with the wound air core coil. SOLUTION: This rotor is prepared by extending a printed wiring flat commutator member (1) having a shaft insertion port (1a) in its center in a substantially disklike shape its counter in a plain view to such an extent as to allow at least one wound air core coil to be installed, forming a plurality of commutator segment lands (a to f) around the insertion port on one surface, providing wound air core coil disposition guides outside the insertion port on the other surface, forming an air core coil terminal connection land 1d in position that it does not overlap with the below-mentioned air core coil outside that, providing shaft holders (2 and 22) in the center, mounting the above-mentioned wound air core coil (5) by utilizing the wound air core coil disposition guide, connecting the terminal to the connection land, and disposing an eccentric weight (66) comprising a tungsten alloy so that it may be enclosed within the thickness of the wound air core coil in a position in which it does not overlap with the wound air core coil.
