PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device by which pellets can be manufactured separately and individually from one another in a hot cutting device for a thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: By providing an opening part in a cutter blade fitted on a rotating cutter holder, cut pellets can be prevented from sticking on the cutter blade and being stuck with each other again.
