PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that good writability is scarcely obtained because a large amount of a hollow resin is used or the viscosity should be kept in a state of a high level. SOLUTION: This viscosity-reducing ink composition for a water-based ball- point pen is obtained by adding the hollow resin and sodium alginate in the viscosity-reducing ink composition for the water-based ball-point pen comprising a pigment, water, a hydrophilic organic solvent and a thickener. |
