PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that in order to avoid a crowding condition of pallets belonging to a shipping factory with pallets belonging to a factory at the destination in the case or the like of transporting cargoes by a truck between both the factories, it has been necessary to manually perform the direct loading of cargoes on the truck or to manually perform the transshipment of cargoes on pallets provided on the truck when the cargoes are loaded on the truck at the shipping factory, and that this loading requires hard labor. SOLUTION: A pallet 1 has a plurality of recesses 10 which are longitudinally provided in an upper face of a cargo receiving plate 11 so as to extend in the lateral direction of the cargo receiving plate 11. A plurality of cargo receiving bars 2 are provided which are inserted through the recesses 10 in the pallet 1 and of which both the ends are respectively projected from the pallet 1. Exchanging stands 3 are provided which are respectively positioned in the lateral direction of the pallet 1 and which support both the ends of all the cargo receiving bars 2 on the right and left sides of the pallet 1. By using these of the pallet 1, the cargo receiving bars 2, and the exchanging stands 3, it is so designed as to exchange the pallet 1.
