PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink supply device of an offset press not requiring an exclusive reader and measuring data. SOLUTION: An ink jet nozzle 26 and a photodetector 27 are respectively provided to both ends of a reciprocal moving member 24 capable of reciprocally moved along the axial direction of an ink feed-out roller 13 and ink is supplied to the ink feed-out roller 13 from the ink jet nozzle 26. The ink feed-out roller 13 supplies the ink placed on the outer peripheral surface of the roller 13 to the outer peripheral surface of an ink inspection roller 20 comprising light pervious glass. The light of the light source 21 arranged in the ink inspection roller 20 is detected by the photodetector 27 through the ink inspection roller 20 and a CPU 31 indirectly judges the thickness of the ink film on the outer peripheral surface of the ink feed-out roller 13 on the basis of the detection quantity of light. The CPU 31 controlls the ink jet nozzle 26 corresponding to the difference between reference data and the measured thickness of the ink film to supply ink to the ink feed-out roller 13 by predetermined quantity.
