PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain colored nutritive noodles improving deviated nutrients and giving a visually brilliant appearance by mixing wheat flour of raw material with a natural raw material and then processing the mixture into the noodles, while noodles, such as Japanese wheat noodles or buckwheat noodles, have been familialized in the Japanese food culture from old times, are used as school lunches or hospital diets, but have defects such as the deviation of taken nutrients and the lack of the visually brilliant appearance. SOLUTION: The colored nutritive noodles obtained by kneading the wheat flour of raw material with either one natural raw material of Oenanthe stolonifera, Brassica Rapa, Japanese radish leaves, molokheiya, garlic, celery, Lychium chinense nuts, green soybeans, beer yeast, and milk, and then processing the mixture into the noodles. The colored nutritive noodles enable the intake of vitamins, minerals, calcium, carotene, dietary fibers, and the like. The colored nutritive noodles containing the natural raw material have the visually brilliant appearance and give good appetite, because of exhibiting a brilliant color when boiled. |
