<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition capable of effectively exhibiting a retardation effect on hydration reaction while maintaining feasibility with respect to execution of construction work, initial mechanical properties, etc., of the composition. SOLUTION: This cement composition comprises pozzolan and cement containing >=40 mass % belite, wherein: (1) the pozzolan contains coal-gasified slag and fly ash; and (2) the cement has a 800-3,200 cm2/g fineness value and the pozzolan has a fineness value higher than that of the cement.</p> |
