PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly give vibration into soil during propelling of a vibration generating device by preventing a piston from being retreated to stroke end of the rear or being protruded to the stroke end of the front by a magnitude of static propelling reaction force received from the underground soil when the vibration generating device is propelled while giving vibrational thrust into the ground by the head at a tip. SOLUTION: This device for controlling vibration in the vibration generating device is provided with both a feedback loop controlling vibrational thrust±Fw giving to the head 17 at the tip and a feedback loop which is connected so as to become parallel to this feedback loop and controls a target position S in the direction parallel to the propelling device direction D1 of the head 17 at the tip.
