PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away wearing article of a shorts type which does not locally oppress the girth of a wearing person in wearing and does not hinder the excreta absorption function of cores. SOLUTION: Front and rear girth areas R1 and R3 have a first expanding and contracting area E1 and second expanding and contracting area E2 which extend in a girth direction and auxiliary elastic members 8 are formed of plural lines of first auxiliary elastic members 8a extending the first expanding and contracting areas E1 in a girth direction and plural lines of second auxiliary elastic members 8b extending the second expanding and contracting areas E2 in a girth direction. The elongating stress of the first and second auxiliary elastic members 8a and 8b have a relation of the first auxiliary elastic members 8a > the second auxiliary elastic members 8b and the elongating stress of the first and second expanding and contracting areas E1 and E2 have a relation of the first expanding and contracting areas E1 > the second expanding and contracting areas E2.
