PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine capable of effectively removing dust in the entire ball guide passages of a ball guide gutter guiding game balls from a game ball tank to a ball payoff apparatus. SOLUTION: A plurality of dust holes 232a1 to 232a4, 232b1 to 232b4, and 232c1 to 232c4 are provided in the bottom faces 205 of the ball guide passages 230a to 230c defined within the ball guide gutter 200 by a first partition wall 231 and a second partition wall 234. For each ball guide passage 230a (230b and 230c), the position of at least one of the dust holes 232a1 and 232a3 (232b1, 232b3, 232c1, and 232c3) along the passage width is different from the positions of the other dust holes 232a2 and 232a4 (232b2, 232b4, 232c2 and 232c4) along the passage width, so dust can be eliminated over a wide area of each ball guide passage 230a (230b and 230c).
