PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-making machine capable of homogeneously kneading the raw materials for noodle and forming the produced noodle dough into noodle strings. SOLUTION: The noodle-making machine 1 is provided with a noodle dough forming part 2 to form a noodle dough by kneading the raw materials and a noodle-forming part 3 to form the obtained noodle dough into noodle strings (a). The noodle-forming part 2 is provided with a mixer casing 7 having nearly hemispherical bottom and a stirring blade 9 having an arched form curved along the inner face of the bottom part of the mixer casing 7 and integrally connected to a stirring shaft 8 placed horizontally in the mixer casing 7.
