PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle capable of restraining transmission of heat from a fuel tank to a panel board without increasing the number of constitutional members of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A support part 48 to be protruded against an upper surface 21a is formed on the upper surface 21a of the fuel tank 21. A clearance is formed between a head end of a peripheral wall 23 of the panel board 20 and the upper surface 21a by supporting the panel board 20 on the upper surface 21a (support part 48). Accordingly, it is possible to cool the panel board 20 and the fuel tank 21 as outside air inflows in the panel board 20 through the clearance.
