PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a chip and a cut of a corner part at a grounding side of a lug part of an elastic pad. SOLUTION: This elastic pad is arranged in an endless way and mutually connected in order to constitute a crawler belt of a crawler traveling device, and is provided with a base member 2 mutually connected through a link, and the lug part 3 made of an elastic body and placed on a crawler belt outer periphery side C of the base member 2. A shoulder part 14 of the lug part 3 between a grounding surface 12 and a crawler belt lateral direction end surface 13 is constituted with a first inclined surface 15 inclined to a crawler belt inner peripheral side D as going from an end part of a crawler belt lateral direction B to outside of the crawler belt lateral direction B, and a second inclined surface 16 extending from the first inclined surface 15 to the crawler belt lateral direction end surface 13 wherein an angle X2 formed by the inclined surface and a crawler belt thickness direction E is smaller than an angle X1 formed by the first inclined surface 15 and the crawler belt thickness direction E.
