PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a seat belt shoulder anchor to the outer panel side, by preventing concentration of stress on a flange. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of a seat belt shoulder anchor, mounting the seat belt shoulder anchor 1 supporting a seat belt of an automobile on a car body, a reinforcement 8 of thick plate is welded to a gusset 7 of thin plate, this gusset 7 is welded to link over a flange 6a, 6b formed before/behind an outer panel 3 of the car body, the seat belt shoulder anchor 1 is fixed to the reinforcement 8.
