PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components for a wind regulator and to simplify the structure by integrating a resin rack with the glass plate, and to reduce the weight of a door by adopting the resin rack. SOLUTION: The door 20 is so formed that the rear side 11b of the glass window 10 is raised/lowered by a rack/pinion mechanism and a portion toward the front side 11c of the glass window 10 is constantly energized upward by an elastic member 30. Thereby, the glass window 10 is smoothly raised and lowered. A motor 15 is disposed in a rearward corner portion of a storage part 24 of the door body 21 so as to enhance the freedom degree in disposing various types of switches and a speaker except for the motor to be fitted to the door body 21.
