SOLUTION: A rim 2 having crest shaped projecting strip 7 projecting radially outwardly in its axial central part and a bead sheet 8 projecting radially outwardly like flange on its both sides is surrounded with a tire 1, and a tire bead part 6 is fixed to the bead sheet 8 with rings 3 contacting with it from the outside.
