PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously provide riding comfortableness and maneuvering stability while reducing rolling resistance. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire 1 comprises a toroidal carcass 6 and a tread reinforced cord layer 9 including a belt layer 7 disposed outside the carcass 6. Tread rubber disposed outside the tread reinforced cord layer 9 includes an inside base rubber part and a cap rubber part that is disposed outside and provides a tread surface. The base rubber part comprises side base rubber parts disposed on both sides in the tire axis direction and an intermediated base rubber part disposed between the side base rubber parts. JIS durometer A hardness of the cap rubber part is 53 to 63 deg., JIS durometer A hardness of the intermediate rubber part is 45 to 60 deg., and JIS durometer A hardness of the side rubber part is 65 to 75 deg..
