PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus (2) capable of avoiding degradation of a code display (38) even when both a visual recognition display (34) and the code display (38) are repeatedly copied on a sheet member. SOLUTION: There are arranged means (6, 16, 18 and 20) for generating code display printing signals based on the code display (38) in an original copy upon necessities.
