PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release fastening of a tool. SOLUTION: When a clamp bolt 39 is moved to the under side of a body 21, a tapered surface 44 of a bolt body 40 presses the back end side of the body of a pressing part 36a of a first hole part 36 to pull a fastening member 32 to the back end side of the body. When the clamp bolt 39 is moved to the above side of a body 21, a tapered surface 51 of a sleeve 49 presses the tip side of the body of a pressing part 37a of a second hole part 37 to press out the fastening member 32 to the tip side of the body.
