PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a moisture detector itself is expensive and is affected by disturbance such as bubbles since the moisture in clean oil is monitored by observing the change in dielectric by the moisture detector and a heavy liquid such as separated water is discharged by operating a main valve in the case that the dielectric reaches or exceeds dielectric corresponding to a previously set moisture value (trigger value).
