Novel compds. are of formula (I) (and acid addition salts thereof) (where X = H or Cl; m = 2; R1 = Me or Et; R2 and R3 are H or together form an additional bond). (I) inhibit motility and conditional reactions and have antiemetic and serotonin antagonistic activity. They are active in the "traction test" and have parasympathicolytic and cataleptic activity. (I) are useful in the treatment of psychosomatic disorders.
