PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a meat quality improver suppliable in a rearing stage of livestock and cultured fishes in order to improve the meat quality of the livestock and cultured fishes and a feed comprising the meat quality improver. SOLUTION: This meat quality improver comprises ascorbic acid, its salts or derivatives thereof which are solids having <=1.5 μm average particle diameter, a glycerol ester of a fatty acid and a neutral lipid having <=45 deg.C melting point. |
