PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked ionomer having both a chemical crosslinked structure and an ionic crosslinked structure, and a resin composition for producing the crosslinked ionomer. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable resin composition contains (A) an ethylenic ionomer whose ionic species comprise an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal component, and (B) a crosslinking agent having terminal hydroxyl groups and a carbonate skeleton.
