PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture an air conditioning duct of a complicated constitution to be installed on an instrument panel for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This air conditioning duct 20 is disposed on the back side of the instrument panel 10 of an automobile. The air conditioning duct 20 comprises a first cylinder body 30, a second cylinder body 40 provided along the first cylinder body 30, a rivet 71 to couple the first and the second cylinder bodies 30 and 40 with each other, and a leg part 39A extended from at least either of the first and the second cylinder bodies 30 and 40 toward the instrument panel 10. The leg part 39A is overlapped with the instrument panel 10, and they are vibration-welded with each other, thereby the air conditioning duct 20 is installed on the instrument panel 10.
