PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a patch member to be easily attached to a frame so as to give good appearance. SOLUTION: An erecting piece 91 in a direction erecting against the face of a patch member 7 is disposed on the patch member 7 constituting a backrest 4 and a groove 92 into which the erecting piece 9a is inserted in the erecting direction is disposed on a position corresponding to an upper frame 5. The erecting piece 91 is fixed in the groove 92 by a screw 93 in a condition the erecting piece 91 is inserted into the groove 92.
