PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder guide structure of a bag cylinder in a tire vulcanization apparatus in which while labor and cost sides required for reconstruction are made advantageous, transfer of heat to the lower side bead part is made good. SOLUTION: The tire vulcanization apparatus 1 in which a top mold 2 and a bottom mold 3, a bladder 4 mounted on the inner face of a green tire T pinched between the top and bottom molds, the bag cylinder 5 arranged at the center of the bladder, a cylinder guide 6 for guiding movably up and down the bag cylinder and a bottom platen 8 for transferring heat to the green tire under a condition where it is brought into contact with the underside of the bottom mold are provided and the inner peripheral part of the bottom platen 8 is connected with a ring member 62 of the cylinder guide, is provided. Under a condition where the top face 63 is brought into contact with the underside of the bottom mold, the ring member is connected with the inner peripheral part of the bottom platen and a vapor path 64 is formed in the ring member. |
