PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution which makes it possible to pull up stretchable throw-away shorts formed of sheet members having elastic stretchability to a wearing position without using labor. SOLUTION: The stretchable throw-away shorts 1 composed of the sheet members having the elastic stretchability are formed with substantial non- expanding and contracting guide parts 6 extending in a longitudinal direction in the position biasing to a front girth area R1 in first and second side part girth areas R3 and R4.
