PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut off noises caused by electromagnetic waves produced by a static discharge from a grounding wire whereby static electricity eliminated by a static electricity elimination means is connected to a grounding means; to prevent adverse effects of the noises on a variety of control boards, or the like, used for control of a game; and to further enhance measures against noises. SOLUTION: A conductive member 60 provided to face the interior of a ball tank 33 and a noise absorption circuit provided on a power board 45 are connected to each other by the grounding wire 62, and approximately the overall length of the grounding wire 62 is covered with a conductive protective cover 65, so that static electricity with which game balls and the ball tank 33 are charged is positively eliminated by the conductive member 60 and induced to the noise absorption circuit to assure that noises caused by the static electricity are absorbed. Further, even if noises caused by electromagnetic waves produced by a static discharge into air from the grounding wire 62 are radiated, the cover 65 can provide shielding against the radiation of the noises to the outside, preventing the noises from adversely affecting the control boards 39, 40, 42, 43, 46, and the like.
