PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand wash toilet apparatus capable of facilitating a supply work, preventing a counter or a case from being dirtied and having high reliability. SOLUTION: This hand wash basin apparatus is provided with a water feeding port 4 for feeding water or hot water, a water soap discharge port 3 for discharging water soap for removing dirt or bacteria adhering to the hands, a water soap supply means 13 for supplying water soap to the water soap discharge port 3, a water receiving part 2 for receiving fed water from the water feeding port 4 and water soap from the water soap discharge port 3, and a drain port 7 provided in a lower part of the water receiving part 2. The water soap supply means 13 is formed by a tank 14 for storing water soap, a water soap supply port 6 for supplying water soap to the tank 14, a supply passage 15 for communicating the tank 14 with the water soap supply port 6, and a pump P for supplying water soap in the tank 14 through a water soap supply passage 18 to the water soap discharge port 3. The water soap supply port 6 is disposed in the inner surface of the water receiving part 2.
