PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance of furniture keeping support strength, balance properties, etc., of moving parts represented by a backrest, etc., of furniture. SOLUTION: This furniture has movable parts 4, 5 which are moved by using a link mechanism K1. The link mechanism K1 is equipped with a pair of link parts 6d separately placed and a hiding element 7 is fixed to be bridged between the link parts 6d so as to hide a part or a whole of inner mechanisms by the hiding element 7.
