PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gargling device capable of improving the suction efficiency and suction amount of liquid chemicals, stabilizing the dilution rate of water and the liquid chemical and freely raising the dilution rate. SOLUTION: This gargling device is provided with a water nozzle 14 supplied with city water for discharging the water from a tip part and a mixer 20 for which a flow-in port 23 at one end faces the tip part of the water nozzle 14 with a clearance, the liquid chemical supplied from a liquid chemical tank 3 and the water are mixed at an intermediate part and the gargle liquid mixture of the water and the liquid chemical is discharged from a discharge port at the other end. At the mixer 20, a water passage 24 where the water entering from the flow-in port 23 at one end flows is formed, a liquid chemical passage 26 opened in the same direction as the flowing direction of the water is formed on the entire periphery of the outer peripheral part of the water passage 24, the liquid chemical is pulled in from the liquid chemical passage 26 by the suction effect of the water flowing through the water passage 24 and the water and the liquid chemical are mixed.
