Mobile karaoke system shall mix signal from external audio input, such as voice of a singer who performs a song to a microphone, with musical accompaniment data that is pre-stored in ROM package and generates a signal for transmission to a radio. The specific feature of this technical approach is that the mobile wireless transmitter for karaoke system shall be upgraded with auxiliary decoder for communication with cartridge via interface connector, and the cartridge is equipped with key identification and coding device that is linked to the Read-Only-Memory and can communicate with auxiliary decoder of the transmitter via interface connector. Transmission to the receiver shall be based either on optical signal, or ultrasonic acoustic signal, or radio frequency signal, which is transmitted either via electric and/or magnetic near field of antenna while radio waves emission is being suppressed, or while using such emission within vacant allocated band. This signal is converted at the point of reception into broadcast frequency band with further reception of this signal by standard home radio. Due to the above said, there shall be no possibility of unauthorized access to the data that is stored in cartridge ROM, besides, unauthorized (pirate) cartridges can not be used for karaoke system, therefore, the rights of music composers and the rights of legal owners of intellectual property shall be observed. |
