SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to low-power heating appliances operating on liquefied gas and used for periodical heating of rooms and locations with natural ventilation. Catalytic gas convector consists of housing accommodating tubular catalytic heating elements, convector starting system, gas flow rate stabilizer, thermoelectric converter, temperature controller pickup and gas supply pipelines. EFFECT: provision of new type of heating device ensuring effective ecologically clean combustion of hydrocarbon gases and safe operation of device owing to use of new principles of organization of operation of appliance. 6 cl, 2 dwg
