PURPOSE: A microwave dryer is provided to control a dry temperature and a dry time of an article to be dried by storing a temperature data with regard to the article to a program controller previously and using the data. CONSTITUTION: A microwave dryer comprises a dryer body, a temperature control program controller(12) formed at one side of the dryer body, a central control programmable logic controller(13), a signal transmitter(14), a control unit(15), a solid-state relay(16) and an oscillating circuit(18). The temperature control program controller(12) stores a data such as a dry time, a heating temperature of an article to be dried, and is composed of a plurality of terminal for outputting a control signal through an operation of the data. A dummy sensor(20) is coupled to the temperature control program controller(12) in order to obtain the data such as the drying time and the heating temperature with regard to the article to be dried. At least one of the central control programmable logic controller(13) is formed at an inside wall of the dryer, and a photo sensor(22) is connected to the input terminal of the central control programmable logic controller(13) in order to sense a position, amount of the article, etc.
