PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for blowing off LPG gas out of water and flaring the gas for the purpose of effective presentation. SOLUTION: The device comprises a bottom part 1, a wall parts 2, a water container w with the top surface opened, a pipe p for combustible gas provided in the water container w, a cylinder b, an opening and closing mechanism provided between the pipe p for combustible gas and the cylinder b. The pipe p for combustible gas is provided with a gas blowing off hole directed downwardly, and the opening and closing mechanism is so constituted that air tightness is kept when it is in a closed condition.
